Upload your photos and videos
Once booked, you'll receive instructions to upload your footage through a secure online link.
4.
Review and delivery
Final files are delivered digitally, optimized for your intended platforms. One round of minor revisions is included to ensure everything feels aligned.
Turnaround time

Standard turnaround 5-7 business days from receipt of all footage

Larger projects or bundles may require additional time

Rush delivery (48 hours) is available when scheduling allows
Important Notes

All services are editing only - no filming or photography is provided (only in certain locations - Idaho, Montana, Washington)

Footage quality directly impacts final results

Clients are responsible for supplying usable photos and videos

Raw files are not returned unless requested in advance

Additional revision rounds are billed at $50 per revision

Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of editing services, refunds are only available in limited circumstances and at the discretion of Tailored Equine Sales. ​
